The story begins with a male dog named Stonecutter’s Return to Arctic and a female dog, Finn Funny z Doliny Jezierzycy. Veni, vidi, vici as the story goes and after some time, 18.6.2008 was eight little sweethearts born, three girls and five boys. The proud breeder of this litter is Kennel Royaltybolt.
We were searching after a puppy, saw these puppies and fell in love. Then we had to wait… two whole months before we could bring home our Princess. During this time, we hade plenty of time to argue what name to give the little princess… and we argued a lot. The day before we went to bring her home we decided on a name. We agreed to call her Momo after a fantasy novel by Michael Ende, 1973. (at this time, we agree that it is a good name, ‘cause its easy to remember.. and now we know, that the name of the next dog will be either Kassiopeia or Bobo)
Momo moved to Turku, Finland 8.8.2008. I was really nervous that she would cry a lot during the hour-long journey home. But no, little Momo just slept in our arms all the way home. She came home and slept some more…
She has made many new friends, both amstaffs as well as others. But her favorite friend is a Labrador named Selma. Every time I say “shall we go and meet Selma”, Momo dances around the apartment and tries to make a new entrance in the wall. Momo is really social, loves everyone and everything and just has to kiss everyone she meets. When she was a little puppy, and met Rainer (amstaff), she used to put her head in his mouth and clean up. Read more about her friends in the section “Family and Friends“.
Exhibitions and Obedience… what to tell about this. The main goal was to aim for exhibitions, but we soon realized that Momo has a lot of energy and loves to work. So we started training obedience, Toko, and she is really good even though her handler is really bad. So, the plan is, when the handler is a bit better, start competing in this game. Exhibitions and Match Shows results are excellent. I’m really proud of my Queen. If you are curious about her results, read more in the section “Competitions”
